Q.
What time is check-in and check-out?
A.
Check-In: Between15:00-17:00
Check-Out: At 10:00

If you plan to arrive after 17:00 please let us know in advance.
We can hold your luggage if you arrive before check-in or if you send your luggage ahead of time.
Q.
What time is breakfast and dinner?
A.
Breakfast will be served at the restaurant starting either at 8:00 or 8:30.
Dinner will be served at the restaurant at 18:00.
Q.
Is it possible to change the contents of meals due to allergies?
A.
For those with allergies please contact us by phone or email 3 days in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your allergies. We can usually accommodate requests to remove specific ingredients such as fish, shellfish, etc…
However, allergies to things such as wheat and soy are much more difficult to accomodate since many seasonings contain wheat and soy by products. Furthermore, there are varying levels of sensitivity to allergies. As stated previously we can usually accommodate allergies to certain ingredients by removing them from the meal; however we can't remove all traces of the allergy from things like dishes and silverware. Please keep this in mind when you reserve meals.

Those with severe allergies should consult a doctor.

Is a reservation necessary to use the private baths?
A.
We don't take reservations, so the use of the private baths is on a first come first served basis.
The baths are open from 18:30 to 21:30
(you can be inside the bath until 10:30pm, at 11PM the baths will be closed for the night)
Q.
Is there parking?
A.
Yes there is parking. For guests who would like to use the parking lot please come to the front of the lobby with your car. The parking lot is all parallel parking, so once your car is parked we cannot retrieve it until you check-out. If you would like us to retrieve your car please to talk to one of the staff.

Is there a shuttle from JR Kinosaki Onsen station to Sensui?
A.
From the station to our inn it is roughly 600m or a 7minute walk. The Kinosaki Onsen Ryokan Association runs a shuttle bus that coincides with the arrival times of the express trains. If you would like to utilize this service simply tell the driver that you want to go to Sensui and they will drop you off near our inn.

*Please note that the bus stops running at 18:00.
*The bus can only be used when you arrive in Kinosaki Onsen, it will not be able to take you back to the station.

What are the prices for children?

We don't allow guests to bring children under the age of 12.

Unfortunately, we don't allow guest to bring pets with them.

Is there an elevator?

There is no elevator, so guests must use the stairs.
